Return & Refund Policy

Vector Algorithmics Inc.

By purchasing or licensing software from Vector Algorithmics Inc., you agree to the following return and refund terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

• All purchases, licenses, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Once payment is processed, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in a separately signed written agreement.

2. No Performance Guarantee

• Vector Algorithmics Inc. does not guarantee any level of performance, profitability, or satisfaction from use of its software.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, trading losses, or unmet expectations.

3. System Availability

Downtime, outages, or technical issues related to third-party brokers, data providers, internet connectivity, or APIs do not constitute grounds for refunds.

4. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to understand the risk of trading and to ensure compatibility of the software with their broker, platform, or trading environment before purchase.

5. Chargebacks

By agreeing to this policy, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. Any chargeback attempts will be treated as a breach of contract and disputed accordingly.
